The Salvation Army Southern California is hiring a Production Assistant 1 (Truck Driver) in Anaheim to support the distribution center and adult rehabilitation program. You will follow routes, load/unload trucks, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily operations.

We value timely, courteous service and compliant driving practices, with opportunities for growth and full-time scheduling that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment used for daily route information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily routing directions and stay on route, as directed by supervisor.
• Manage time to complete routes within the approved schedule.
• Safely load and unload assigned truck and assist others as needed.
• Train and supervise truck helper in Work Therapy Assignment.
• Provide courteous customer service and report donor problems to dispatch.
