Job summary

thinkbridge is seeking a Delivery Principal to transform client operations by uncovering inefficiencies and designing future-state workflows that executives can understand and our developers can build. You will lead discovery sessions, map current chaos, and shape phased roadmaps with a focus on speed, cost, and scalability.

You will work with Project Managers and Automation Developers, bridging technical design with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years combined experience in technical consulting, process design and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong ability to diagram complex workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Comfort with relational data, APIs and clean hand-offs between systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to map current processes and priorities.
• Model current-state processes and sketch future-state workflows leveraging better tools and automation.
• Evaluate SaaS, AI and integration options for speed, cost and scalability.
• Draft phased implementation roadmaps to guide development teams and maintain executive alignment.
• Translate technical trade-offs into clear narratives for CFOs and developers.
• Coach client stakeholders through change as new systems rollout.
• Collaborate with Automation Developers to validate designs and ensure delivery targets.
