Danfoss is seeking a Delivery Performance Excellence Expert to strengthen end-to-end supply chain performance across a global manufacturing network. You’ll lead cross-functional projects, travel ~70% and support on-site transformations, with flexibility to work from home or offices.

You’ll use SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel to analyze and improve delivery, inventory, and customer satisfaction, mentoring teams and standardizing processes.

Qualifications

• End-to-end supply chain knowledge with hands-on in S&OP/SIOP, forecasting, procurement, warehousing, transportation or CRM.
• Experience leading or supporting supply chain transformation in manufacturing or consulting.
• Strong analytics and digital capabilities with SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects to improve delivery performance across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.
• Improve delivery and inventory performance using continuous improvement methods, performance management, data, and structured problem-solving.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and end-to-end process mapping to identify root causes, remove constraints, and build sustainable improvements.
• Develop and standardize supply chain processes to enable effective solutions across our global manufacturing network.
• Build capabilities across teams through coaching, mentoring, and Train-the-Trainer activities that strengthen a culture of continuous improvement.
