Qualifications

• Hands-on end-to-end supply chain management experience.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation in manufacturing or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Willingness to travel about 70% and work across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects to improve delivery performance.
• Improve delivery and inventory performance using continuous improvement methods and data.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and end-to-end process mapping to identify root causes.
• Develop and standardize supply chain processes across a global network.
• Build capabilities through coaching and Train-the-Trainer activities.
