Job summary

Sysco Eastern Wisconsin, LLC in Jackson, WI is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee delivery operations, ensure safety and compliance with DOT/OSHA, and manage staff scheduling and performance.

You will monitor routes, labor hours, and equipment utilization while coordinating with Sales and Marketing to resolve delivery issues. Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of regulations are essential; a Class A CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• 1–3 years of related delivery supervision or operations experience.
• Valid Class A CDL preferred; HazMat certification preferred.
• Solid knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily delivery activities and safety of Delivery Associates.
• Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulations; maintains logs.
• Manages labor hours and materials within budget; schedules shifts.
• Oversees asset utilization and coordinates repairs with relevant departments.
• Monitors productivity and creates efficiency improvements.
• Communicates with Sales/Marketing to resolve delivery issues and opportunities.
