Job summary

Sysco Eastern Wisconsin, LLC is seeking an Operations supervisor in Racine, WI to supervise delivery staff, ensure safety and DOT/OSHA compliance, and maintain efficient routing. You will direct daily activities, review productivity, and handle scheduling within budget.

The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Racine and able to reliably supervise the delivery department's activities and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in business or supply chain.
• 1–3 years related experience or training in delivery/supervision.
• Defensive driving and HazMat certifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates, including adherence to SOPs and routes.
• Ensures compliance with DOT/OSHA and maintains current electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra shifts as needed.
• Oversees asset usage and coordinates repairs with departments.
• Reviews delivery functions and productivity reporting.
• Interprets and enforces company policies, including food safety and record keeping.
• Maintains communication with Sales and Marketing to resolve delivery issues.
• Explains policies and procedures and monitors associate morale.
