Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced operations professional to supervise delivery activities, directing drivers, planning routes, and ensuring safety and compliance. The role involves coordinating with sales, management, and safety teams to maintain high service levels and cost control.

The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or four-year college degree in Business Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work and safety of delivery associates and ensure adherence to SOPs and routes.
• Analyze live and historical data to maintain optimal delivery plans and on-time service.
• Supervise labor hours and direct labor activities to stay within budget.
• Coordinate with Transportation Road Supervisors and Safety Trainer for training and safety inspections.
• Communicate with Sales Management and Marketing to resolve delivery opportunities or issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
