Job summary

HungryPanda is seeking a Delivery Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of the delivery team, optimize delivery processes, and improve overall efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves team support, communication with drivers and internal teams, and collaboration with Marketing and Business Development.

You will monitor operations, handle emergencies, and use data analytics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with drivers, internal teams, and partners.
• Ability to adapt quickly and respond to emergencies or issues.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English for written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Willingness to commute to NY offices (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens) on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Support deliveryteam daily operations and optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate company policies, delivery requirements, and incentive plans to drivers; collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to boost customer satisfaction.
• Assist in handling emergencies to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Analyze backend system data to optimize delivery strategies and track metrics like efficiency, costs, fulfillment rate, and rider coverage.
