Curri is seeking a Service Operations Representative to join our Customer Operations Team. You will help ensure every delivery Curri fulfills is a home run by handling end-to-end coordination, assisting customers and drivers, and communicating across pickup and drop-off points.

You will also contribute insights to improve logistics and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Top-notch customer service skills.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets (G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate deliveries from booking to successful drop-off and everything in between.
• Provide best-in-class support for customers and drivers via chat and phone.
• Communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure deliveries are completed smoothly.
• Provide operational feedback and identify pain points to optimize logistics.
