Job summary

Curri in Ohio is seeking a Service Operations Representative to join our Customer Operations Team. Your goal is to ensure every delivery Curri fulfills a home run by coordinating between bookings, drivers, and customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide best-in-class support via chat and phone, facilitate end-to-end deliveries, and share feedback to improve logistics. Strong communication, problem solving, and proficiency with Google Workspace are a plus.

• Facilitate deliveries from booking to successful drop-off and everything in between
• Provide best-in-class support for our customers and drivers via chat and phone
• Communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure deliveries are completed successfully and smoothly
• Provide operational feedback and identify pain points for the team to optimize logistics
