Curri is seeking a Service Operations Representative to join our Customer Operations Team in Ventura, CA. You will manage deliveries from booking to drop-off, providing exceptional support to customers and drivers while improving processes and communications across the logistics chain.

You will engage with pickup and drop-off contacts, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to Curri’s growth by suggesting operational improvements and more efficient workflows.

• Facilitate deliveries from booking to successful drop-off and everything in between
• Provide best-in-class support for customers and drivers via chat and phone
• Communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure deliveries are completed smoothly
• Provide operational feedback and identify pain points to optimize logistics
