Neutonic, a fast-growing focus and cognitive performance brand, is hiring a Delivery & Operations Manager to own the delivery of major cross-functional projects across the business.
This role is for a highly proactive, hands-on operator who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment, connect the dots between teams, and make sure projects stay on track. You’ll work across Retail, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Finance, and other functions to ensure everyone is aligned on what needs to happen, who owns it, and when it needs to be delivered.
Responsibilities
- Turn major launches and initiatives into clear project plans with tasks, owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Track multiple projects and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
- Coordinate across teams to keep everyone aligned and projects moving.
- Identify blockers, risks, and potential delays early and drive them through to resolution.
- Escalate issues where leadership decisions or action are required.
- Build repeatable templates, checklists, and playbooks for recurring projects.
- Maintain a clear company-wide view of upcoming launches, milestones, and key deadlines.
- Own how projects are managed within internal software and ensure information stays accurate and up to date.
- Document and communicate important decisions, changes, and next steps.
- Run project check-ins and ensure agreed actions are followed through.
- Continually improve how Neutonic plans and delivers projects without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Projects may include retail launches, retailer onboarding, new product launches, new channels, marketing campaigns, events, international expansion, and internal operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in project management, delivery, business operations or a similar
- role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup, consumer brand or high-growth business.
- A proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects at the same time.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work across different teams and
- seniority levels.
- Comfortable chasing actions, holding people accountable and pushing for clarity when
- required.
- Strong understanding of project-management systems and processes.
- Able to identify dependencies and risks before they become problems.
- Commercially minded and able to understand which projects and deadlines matter most.
- Able to introduce structure and process while keeping the business moving quickly.
