Job summary

NEON, a leading agency, is seeking a Project Manager to own and manage client deliverables for an assigned brand, guiding development efforts and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality, and budget‑friendly delivery.

You will advise on feasibility, plan resource assignments, maintain administrative records, and support agency processes and workflows to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any area of study, with 3+ years of project management or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; basic knowledge of PM and financial tools.
• Strong communication, organizational and financial aptitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and advertising; multichannel production knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment to meet deadlines.
• Maintain dashboards and SharePoint sites to inform teams about deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications, and others to ensure program success.
• Escalate issues promptly to resolve problems and keep projects on track.
• Provide support for ad hoc talent-related projects.
