Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Market Delivery Supervisor to lead the local delivery team and optimize the delivery process across stores. You will coach associates, manage inventory flow, schedule tasks, and address customer escalations to ensure top-level service.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with third-party providers, and leveraging WMS to maintain accuracy and drive improvements in delivery experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of supply chain leadership experience preferred with a bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a market-based team and oversee delivery operations and performance.
• Interview, hire and train associates on Home Delivery processes and systems.
• Lead daily schedules and communicate with customers on escalated issues.
• Resolve delivery issues, audit operations and collaborate with third-party providers.
• Use WMS for inventory reconciliation and audits; drive continuous improvement.
