Julius Silvert is seeking a Transportation Manager to lead the 24/6 delivery operations, guiding supervisors and dispatchers to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient routes. You will coordinate with on-road teams, drive continuous improvement, and uphold service quality for Julius Silvert customers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in transportation and delivery operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with fleet management, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with eLog software (Samsara) and route optimization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all facets of the 24 hour/6 day per week Transportation operation.
• Oversee Supervisors and Dispatchers to ensure safety and procedure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA & DOT regulations and company policies.
• Log and report driver check-ins, accidents, and safety metrics.
• Coordinate with Routing and Sales to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Lead training programs for new and existing drivers to maintain high standards.
• Address on-road challenges and communicate proactively with customers.
