Julius Silvert, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee all delivery operations in Philadelphia, PA.

The role leads Supervisors and Dispatchers to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient performance, acting as a liaison between on-road and internal operations to deliver best-in-class service. Responsibilities include supervising route coverage, driver training, eLog compliance, and coordinating with Routing and Sales to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation and delivery operations.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with fleet management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the 24 hour/6 day per week Transportation operation.
• Oversee Supervisors and Dispatchers to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA & DOT regulations and company policies.
• Confirm daily eLog entries and proper check-in procedures.
• Lead training for drivers and monitor route coverage and performance.
• Coordinate with Routing and Sales to improve efficiency.
