Qualifications

• 1–3 years related delivery supervision experience.
• Defensive driving certification required; HazMat certification preferred; Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery staff and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (DOT, OSHA).
• Manage labor hours and budgeted supplies.
• Prepare work schedules and shifts.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing on delivery issues.
• Perform disciplinary actions when needed.
• Engage with customers and visit locations.
