Job summary

Frank Beverage Group is hiring a Delivery Driver Helper to assist CDL drivers in delivering beer and liquor to customer accounts across 17 Wisconsin counties. The role involves handling products weighing up to 160 lbs, stocking and merchandising at client locations, and maintaining safety and reliability on every shift.

Qualified applicants have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a safe driving record that meets the requirements of the Safety Team.
• Ability to drive full-size cargo vans and various-sized SUVs is beneficial.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 40 pounds regularly, and up to 160 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working in cooler environments for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery drivers in transporting and delivering pre-ordered products to customer locations across 17 counties in Wisconsin.
• Unload and transport an average of 800 cases daily, some up to 160 lbs., at customer sites.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products; create displays at customer locations.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
