Job summary

Cromwell in Slough is seeking a hands-on Delivery and Customer Service Associate to support branch operations. You will ensure timely, accurate delivery and handle returns while maintaining safe working practices and a tidy workspace.

You will work with Sales and Customer Service to minimise stockouts and identify new business opportunities, using Maxoptra for route optimization and reporting. Driving license is essential for this role.

• Confident in ability to learn new systems with basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all colleagues are supported and aware of responsibilities on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure the on-time in-full delivery of goods using route optimization software (Maxoptra).
• Oversee returns and communications to Operations Manager (OM).
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-kept branch environment.
• Support IMS, Sales and Customer Service to reduce stockouts and relay customer needs to stakeholders.
• Provide support to Hub branches and assist the Operations Manager as required.
