Job summary

LKQ Euro Car Parts is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch where no two days are the same. The role blends customer deliveries, warehouse operations and branch support to drive an outstanding customer experience.

You will help deliver products safely and on time, assist at the trade counter and support stock control and storekeeping. Previous delivery/warehouse experience and a valid UK driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally at every opportunity.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders; assist with stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily stock checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure company vehicles are clean and compliant.
• Use delivery technology, including ePOD systems and handheld devices, accurately and effectively.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures within the branch, warehouse and during deliveries.
