You will manage staffing, handle end-of-night deposits, and perform nightly inventory and opening/setup tasks to receive orders on time. You will foster urgency, resolve issues, collect receipts, and ensure delivery vehicles meet safety checks. Promotions of pizza products are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly
• Maintain staffing levels that mirror the needs of business at any point of the day
• End of night deposits when closing
• Nightly product inventory count when closing
• Store opening readiness to receive orders on time
• Foster a sense of urgency with each order
• Dispute resolution to convert unhappy customers into return customers
• Collect money and signed receipts from drivers at shift end
• Ensure delivery vehicles pass inspection mechanically and visually
• Assist with routing to maximize service while upholding Domino's standards
• Uphold grooming, uniform, and appearance standards
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
