Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery teams and warehouse associates.
• Ensure safety procedures and guidelines are followed.
• Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork across the organization.
• Foster partnerships and set realistic goals.
• Provide training, coaching and development for staff.
• Communicate with service centers, distribution centers, showrooms and customers.
• Enhance the customers' shopping experience and implement company policies.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
