Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a delivery operations leader in the United States to guide customer delivery teams and warehouse staff, while upholding safety procedures and delivering outstanding service. You will train, coach and develop people, foster partnerships, set realistic goals, and communicate professionally with service centers, distribution centers, showrooms and customers.

A preferred associates degree plus operational management experience, strong analytical and interpersonal

Qualifications

Associates degree preferred.
Operational management experience a plus.
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
Knowledge of computer Routing System preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead customer delivery teams and warehouse associates.
Ensure safety procedures and guidelines are followed.
Maintain energy, enthusiasm and ambition to flourish within the team.
