Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking an experienced operations leader to provide direction to customer delivery teams and warehouse staff, ensuring safety and efficiency while upholding company procedures. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences and coordinating across service centers, distribution centers and showrooms.

You will drive training, development, and performance, while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers to uphold Raymour & Flanigan's

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Operational management experience a plus; analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Must have professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
• Knowledge of computer Routing System, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to customer delivery teams and warehouse associates.
• Accountable for commitment to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate timely and professionally with service centers, distribution centers, showrooms & customers.
• Implement company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
• Enhance the customers' shopping experience.
