Responsabilidades

• Manage shipment and routing of outbound freight for cost efficiency and timeliness.
• Research transportation options and coordinate with stakeholders and carriers.
• Resolve escalated customer service issues directly with customers.
• Investigate damages, shortages, and overages and address root causes.
• Coordinate cross-dock, stores, drivers, and Distribution Center communications.
• Train and monitor third party contractors on delivery procedures and standards.
• Ensure safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
