Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Senior Manager of Delivery to lead strategy, execution, and growth of same-day delivery and other digital fulfillment initiatives across 270+ retail locations. You will manage a team and partner with marketing, technology, store teams, and vendors to scale omni-channel programs and drive profitability.

The role reports to the VP, Delivery and Marketplaces and emphasizes customer experience, fulfillment efficiency, and performance in a fast-moving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
7-10 years retail eCommerce experience preferred.
3-6 years Leadership or people-management role.
Proven experience building, scaling, or optimizing delivery programs in retail/logistics.

Responsibilities

Build the long-term vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for Total Wine’s delivery program.
Drive execution of the delivery strategy with actionable plans and measurable goals.
Lead and influence a team of 1–2 analysts responsible for delivery performance reporting and forecasting.
Align delivery priorities with Store Operations, Digital, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and vendors.
Analyze KPIs, customer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape to spot risks and opportunities.
Champion last-mile fulfillment strategies that optimize speed, cost, and service quality.
Drive continuous improvement across delivery operations by addressing gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
Own and lead relationships with delivery service vendors and monitor SLAs and performance.
