The role requires 7–10 years in logistics, strong leadership, and ability to travel up to 25%. Reports to the Director, Supply Chain Domestic Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in logistics operations across multiple transportation modes.
• 5+ years’ experience managing domestic freight and leading logistics teams.
• Proven success in driving cost reduction and service improvement initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and lead outbound transportation operations for service goals, cost targets, and growth.
• Drive transportation financial performance through budget management, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Optimize performance by managing carrier relationships, supporting sourcing initiatives, and ensuring reliable capacity across models.
• Define and govern transportation KPIs, scorecards, and business reviews using data analytics.
• Lead a team of logistics professionals with accountability and continuous improvement focus.
• Utilize transportation systems and tools to improve visibility, decision-making, and efficiency.
• Influence cross-functional partners to improve service, store execution, and delivery experience.
