Job summary

Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Marketing Technology strategy. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for personalization capabilities and omni-channel campaigns, partnering with stakeholders to drive engagement and growth.

You will manage cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and mentor QA Analysts and Business Analysts while collaborating with Marketing, Digital, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver best-in-class

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably leading Marketing Tech, Loyalty, CRM, Personalization, or Digital Commerce initiatives.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization for enterprise-scale tech solutions.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms and omni-channel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Marketing Technology solutions.
• Lead initiatives across Marketing, Loyalty, Email Campaigns, Personalization, and Promotions.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and features.
