Job summary
Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD seeks a Senior Manager of Delivery to lead vision, roadmap, and growth of same-day delivery and omni-channel fulfillment across 270+ locations. You will guide a team, partner with marketing, stores, and vendors, and drive profitability through improved efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities include translating priorities into actionable plans, monitoring KPIs, and championing scalable, high-quality last-mile delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
- 7–10 years retail eCommerce experience preferred.
- 3–6 years leadership or people-management experience.
- Proven ability to scale delivery programs in high-volume environments.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and growth of same-day delivery and digital fulfillment.
- Manage delivery performance reporting, forecasting, and execution support.
- Collaborate with Store Ops, Digital, Merchandising, Finance, IT, and vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end delivery experience.
- Own relationships with delivery service vendors and business reviews.
