Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Manager of Delivery to lead strategy, execution, and growth of same-day delivery and other digital fulfillment initiatives across 270+ retail locations. You will manage a small team and collaborate with marketing, technology, store teams, and external vendors to scale omni-channel programs and optimize profitability.

The role reports to the VP, Delivery and Marketplaces and requires strong leadership, analytical, and forecasting skills to improve customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years retail eCommerce or delivery/logistics experience preferred.
• Experience leading or managing teams

Responsibilities

• Build the long-term vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for Total Wine’s delivery program.
• Drive execution of the delivery strategy with measurable goals and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Lead a team of 1–2 analysts responsible for delivery performance reporting, forecasting, and execution support.
• Align delivery priorities with Store Ops, Digital, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and vendors.
• Analyze KPIs, customer behavior, and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Champion last‑mile delivery strategies that optimize efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead process improvements to enhance end-to-end delivery experience.
• Manage relationships with delivery vendors and ensure SLAs are met.
