Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Regional Director, Final Mile to lead Home Delivery performance across a multi-site network of approximately 5–10 locations. This leader will oversee transportation, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction, guiding both company-operated and third-party teams.

The role requires developing high‑performing leaders, driving operational improvements, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in transportation, logistics and 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading both company-operated and third-party transportation networks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and home delivery operations across multiple locations.
• Drive on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, safety, transportation cost, delivery productivity and service quality.
• Partner with site leadership to optimize routing, scheduling, dispatch operations, fleet readiness and delivery execution.
• Identify operational risks and address service disruptions, capacity constraints and performance gaps.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Lead regional teams and drive continuous improvement and best practices.
