Delivery Manager (IT) at BairesDev

As a Delivery Manager (IT), you will successfully manage one or more medium to large-scale technology projects through staff augmentation approaches, ensuring the effective delivery of specific software products and organizational transformations via multidisciplinary, highly skilled technical teams. You'll secure successful project outcomes while fostering team development and maintaining strong client partnerships.

What You'll Do:

• - Enhance organizational effectiveness by implementing and executing strategic technology delivery plans.
• - Coordinate project planning and monitor deliverable outcomes while providing coaching and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with company procedures and policies.
• - Establish reliable communication channels and positive work environments, build strong team relationships, and identify professional development opportunities to enhance staff retention.
• - Assess and improve billable utilization rates, support capacity planning initiatives, and contribute to accurate project profitability forecasting.
• - Actively identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships; consistently deliver measurable value to internal and external stakeholders.
• - Support information technology strategy development and procedure implementation by evaluating project outcomes, identifying potential issues, assessing industry trends, and understanding evolving requirements.
• - Contribute to financial objective achievement by supporting forecasting activities, managing project expenditures, reviewing budget variances, and implementing corrective measures.
