Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to lead technical conversations with leads and prospects, translating their needs into concrete delivery proposals. You’ll collaborate with sales, delivery, and presales to shape solutions across software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud, and quality.

This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing skills to drive deals and successful outcomes. 100% remote, with USD compensation and a culture of mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software with teams in the SDLC.
• 3+ years in a specialized SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
• Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals with deep domain experience in at least one.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet with leads and prospects with the sales team, translating requirements into documents and articulating the value proposition.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events as the technical expert showcasing capabilities.
• Engage in technical conversations with leads to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for potential clients.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
