You will guide PMs, ensure process adherence, and drive customer satisfaction across a global, 100% remote delivery model. The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience, budget oversight, and a software engineering background, with advanced English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in software outsourcing.
• Customer-oriented with budget management skills.
• Software development management experience.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Direct PM practices using agile methods for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute team processes.
• Ensure HR policies in collaboration with HR.
• Support the delivery structure and escalate issues to the VP.
• Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
• Ensure your team follows established methodologies.
• Work with Account VPs to manage complex client problems.
• Maintain clear, professional communication between PMs and customers.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction across projects.

We are looking for a Delivery Director to join the Management team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players with excellent organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and considerable attention to detail. What You Will Do:

• - Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• - Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• - Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• - Support your structure (delivery managers and project managers) and escalte relevant issues to the VP when needed.
• - Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
• - Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes.
• - Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed.
• - Ensure effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.
• - Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project for all your clients.

• - 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets).

• - Previous experience as a Software Engineer.

• - Advanced English level.
