Join BairesDev, a fully remote-first technology company, as an Agile Delivery Manager. You will lead Scrum and Kanban teams, facilitate ceremonies, refine backlogs, and track velocity to ensure predictable delivery of complex projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders and remove blockers, using Jira for project tracking. Fluency in English is required, and you will thrive in a global, mentorship‑driven, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or in a similar leadership role within an Agile environment.
• Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum or Kanban teams to ensure efficient delivery and removing blockers.
• Advanced proficiency in managing sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and using Jira for project tracking.
• Hands-on experience with velocity tracking and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong ability to manage sprint cadence and alignment with organizational goals.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
