Qualifications

• 5+ лет управления проектами/доставкой в IT-компаниях

• Понимание жизненного цикла разработки ПО
• Навыки управления рисками и зависимостями
• Умение воздействовать на стейкхолдеров без формального полномочия
• Опыт использования YouTrack/Jira/Confluence
• Умение писать отчеты и логи решений на английском

Responsibilities

• Вести проекты от планирования до запуска и пост-анализа
• Согласовывать зависимости, приоритеты и сроки между командами
• Разрабатывать планы проекта, отслеживать прогресс, информировать стейкхолдеров
• Выявлять риски и блокеры и эскалировать при необходимости
• Координировать релизы с бизнес- командами
• Проводить Kick-off, синхронизации, статусы и ретроспективы
• Совершенствовать процессы доставки и наставлять менее опытных менеджеров

Задачи:

• Lead cross-team projects end to end, from planning to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Align dependencies, priorities and timelines across product, engineering and business teams.
• Build project plans, track progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify risks and blockers early; resolve or escalations as needed.
• Coordinate launches with business teams to ensure smooth releases for clients.
• Run kickoffs, syncs, status updates, announcements and retrospectives.
• Improve delivery processes and mentor less experienced project and delivery managers.

Требования:

• 5+ years in project or delivery management at product IT companies, including 2+ years leading projects involving three or more teams.
• A track record of delivering complex, multi-month projects with significant technical dependencies.
• Experience with B2B or B2B2C products used by business clients in their daily operations.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, from discovery and system analysis through technical design, development, testing and release.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Confidence using YouTrack, Jira or similar tools, as well as Confluence.
• Clear, structured written communication, including status reports, project documentation and decision logs.
• English at B2+ level; project communication takes place in English.
