ETG is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives across product, engineering and business teams. You will define plans, manage dependencies, and drive releases for clients while mentoring peers and improving delivery processes.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, English at B2+ level, and a flexible work arrangement (remote, on-site or hybrid) as the team grows globally.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in project or delivery management at product IT companies, including 2+ years leading projects involving three or more teams.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-month projects with significant technical dependencies.
• Experience with B2B or B2B2C products used by business clients in daily operations.

• A track record of delivering complex, multi-month projects with significant technical dependencies.

• Experience with B2B or B2B2C products used by business clients in their daily operations.

• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, from discovery and system analysis through technical design, development, testing and release.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.

• Experience managing risks, dependencies and escalations.

• Confidence using YouTrack, Jira or similar tools, as well as Confluence.

• Clear, structured written communication, including status reports, project documentation and decision logs.

• English at B2+ level; project communication takes place in English.
