Job summary

Contemporary Amperex Technology (USA), Inc. (CATU) is seeking a project delivery professional to manage on-site execution of energy storage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role requires frequent travel to project sites and strong client relationship skills.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher in project management or electrical engineering, with experience in ESS delivery, is expected to ensure successful project completion and acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Major in project management or electrical engineering; proficient in using office software.
• More than 1 year of experience in energy storage system (ESS) delivery or related fields is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business travel.

Responsibilities

• Able to accommodate business travel to project sites up to 70% of the time.
• Manage on-site delivery of energy storage projects, including project schedule management and risk management.
• Follow up and resolve on-site issues during project execution.
• Coordinate and conduct commissioning, testing, and acceptance activities.
• Organize and align internal teams to ensure resource coordination.
• Arrange and deliver training sessions for clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships at the project site.
• Drive the completion and signing of project acceptance reports.
