Job summary

This role manages on-site delivery of ESS projects, schedules, risk mitigation, commissioning, and client training while coordinating internal teams to ensure resources and responses meet project milestones, with travel up to 70% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Major in project management or electrical engineering; proficient with office software.
• 1+ year of experience in ESS delivery or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Able to accommodate business travel to project sites up to 70% of the time.
• Manage on-site delivery of energy storage projects, including project schedule management and risk management.
• Follow up and resolve on-site issues during project execution.
• Coordinate and conduct commissioning, testing, and acceptance activities.
• Organize and align internal teams to ensure resource coordination.
• Arrange and deliver training sessions for clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships at the project site.
• Drive the completion and signing of project acceptance reports.
