Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Lead Specialist in Managed Services to oversee a team of analysts and drive performance, development, and onboarding within the Operations Capability Centre (OCC). Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience supervising or managing delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or a minimum of five years of experience supporting client engagements in an operational and/or delivery capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and more).
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills with strong collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cohort of analysts, acting as their Performance Management Leader (PML) and manage ongoing performance and formal review processes.
• Oversee the Professional Development (PD) process, setting performance objectives and standards within the OCC.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to Analysts with regular dashboard reviews.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding analysts, supporting engagement mobilisation and training.
• Drive and share best practices in AI, automation, and innovation across engagements and lead MS OCC programs like Lakehouse Day and Community Impact Day.
• Champion organizational change and ensure implementation of KPMG HR policies, leading capability programs and OCC-wide activities.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
