Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and delivering high-quality IT services
• Knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors
• Experience in leading teams through incident, problem and change management, and root cause analysis
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs to achieve positive customer outcomes
• AIOps hands-on knowledge, automation and innovation-focused mindset
• Excellent direct customer interaction and empowerment of delivery resources
• Extensive experience in FinOps across multi-cloud environments with AI-driven cost optimization

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery teams to provide high quality IT services to customers
• Coordinate with Delivery Partner, Architects and SREs to design, deploy and run reliable systems
• Own technical and managerial support for field engineers, technicians, admins and support personnel
• Respond to incidents, problems, changes, escalations and fix malfunctioning services
• Co-create and implement tailored solutions aligned with customer business needs
