Job summary
Kyndryl is seeking a Software Engineering – Development Manager to design, develop, and support cutting-edge software products and systems. You will lead a team of developers and engineers, apply architecture and engineering practices, and drive innovative solutions for strategic design projects.
You will own team performance, apply agile Scrum ceremonies, work with a Scrum Master to prioritize backlog, ensure high-quality software through automated testing, and align delivery with business
Qualifications
- 7 years managing high-performing teams using agile methodologies.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, practices, programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Proven experience in software design and development utilizing C++, Microsoft Azure, Angular, and .NET.
- Leadership skills guiding and motivating development teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
- Proficient in project management, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire development teams to deliver software that meets business needs.
- Partner with a Scrum Master to prioritize the backlog and write user stories.
- Ensure software quality through automated testing, QA checks, and code scanning.
- Align software development with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
