Qualifications

• Proven Scrum Master with agile facilitation and SAFe expertise.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience identifying risks, issues, and escalation when needed.
• Onboarding plan with 30- and 60-day milestones to accelerate ramp.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery alignment.
• Build relationships across business and tech stakeholders.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
