Job summary

Thistle in Seattle is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee direct-to-consumer delivery operations from Seattle Hub. You will lead a team of logistics coordinators, dispatchers, associates, and drivers, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, reporting to the Logistics Manager.

You will collaborate on scheduling, time tracking, driver performance, SOPs, route dispatch, safety, OSHA compliance, and data accuracy across Google Suite and fleet systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics experience and supervising large teams.
• Experience in a fulfillment warehouse environment is a bonus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to enforce performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, time tracking, and up-to-date spreadsheets.
• Monitor driver performance and attendance; identify training opportunities.
• Maintain SOPs and policies across teams.
• Ensure routes dispatched on time and report delays to customer service.
• Identify equipment or staff needs and implement rapid solutions.
• Maintain data across databases including Google Suite and fleet tracking.
• Process driver hours, drops, reimbursements, and report cards.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
