Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to manage store deliveries, shipping, and receiving. The role ensures accurate documentation, carrier coordination, and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving product.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all home deliveries, LTLs and FedEx shipments and enter details into Storage Buy System.
• Ensure all orders are released to the correct carrier.
• Print and manage the EComm Shipping Report from MMS and verify labels on pallets.
• Prepare outbound deliveries with proper shipping documents and labels.
• Process inbound PO shipments and ensure setup for shipments from the day before.
• Verify outbound ISTs are shipped in MMS IST Shipping app.
• Coordinate transfers after delivery and notify destination store.
• Flag and communicate any delivery issues to Warehouse Supervisor and command center.
• Audit shipping orders pending completion in Storage Buy Auditor.
