Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years experience leading complex Workday Financials implementations (Close & Consolidation, Tax, Procurement, etc.), with full lifecycle experience across 5+ implementations.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with 3+ third-party systems across at least 2 completed projects.
• Experience defining systems strategy, gathering requirements, designing/prototyping, testing, and establishing support procedures across 5+ full-cycle implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Agentic Finance: lead end-to-end implementation of Workday’s native AI agents and conversational interfaces for finance processes.
• Scale Intelligent Automation: architect scalable workflows using IDR to ingest and process unstructured data.
• Serve as Workday Financials SME, spanning design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Facilitate design workshops translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
