10+ years total experience in software design and development for enterprise-scale systems.
2+ years leadership directing teams focused on LLMs, generative AI design, or AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and mentor a team of AI agent engineers.
Ensure timely project delivery to high standards of AI agents.
Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Work with architects to ensure seamless Workday platform integration.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.
Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI tech (LLMs, RAG, orchestration)
