Qualifications

• Workday Expertise: 12+ years leading large Workday Financials implementations (Close & Consolidation, Tax, Procurement).
• Experience integrating Workday with 3+ third‑party systems across multiple projects.
• Experience defining system strategy, requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and support for full cycles.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Workday’s native AI agents and conversational interfaces to automate finance processes.
• Architect scalable Workday solutions and use IDR for unstructured data in contracts/invoices.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee consultants, ensuring high‑quality delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate design workshops, translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Manage integration strategy between Workday and external systems and ensure project alignment.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and enforce delivery standards.
