Delivery Lead Senior Manager | Senior Level | Full time

The Payroll Global Service Delivery Lead is responsible for the oversight of all payroll processes including payroll services support, garnishments, accounting, property onboarding, and system configuration. This role is also responsible for the oversight of all payroll tax processes Federal, State, and Local and will be responsible for Corporate Payroll Stock Accounting. Monitor tax law changes and partner with clients on interpretation and implementation. Oversees all tax filings for Fed, State, and Local jurisdictions, and provides recommendations to the client based on tax changes and publications. Responsible for all payroll tax accounting for all US-based properties and US corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the payroll services and systems team in delivering customer service, including responding to inquiries related to payroll from our clients, properties, workers, and various internal departments.
2. Ensure payroll is processed accurately each week in accordance with client's policy and procedures.
3. Partner with clients on interpretation and implementation of payroll changes. Responsible for all payroll processing and payroll accounting for all US-based properties and US corporate offices.
4. Collaborate in the development, testing, and troubleshooting of all system changes with the client, IT, etc. as it relates to payroll tax.
5. Implement continuous process improvement to include the adoption of best practices and updating standard operating procedures according to the client policies and procedures.
