EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Deliver Leader to join our Technology Department. This individual will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of IT and software delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. This role will collaborate with engineering, product, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions.

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle across multiple technology initiatives—from planning and execution to deployment and post-launch support
Translate complex business needs into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and organizational priorities
Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure delivery milestones are met
Collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, infrastructure, DevOps, and vendors to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions
Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, risks, and solutions
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and roadblocks while ensuring adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards
Continuously improve delivery frameworks, tools, and team workflows to enhance performance and delivery outcomes
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree a plus)
7-10 years experience in project/delivery management, with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technology projects
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Smartsheets
Experience with ERP, CRM, Data Analytics, SaaS, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or related certifications preferred
